ABOUT THIS EVENT
On March 14, 2025, veterans from across the country will march on Washington to demand accountability for Donald Trump’s role in the January 6th insurrection and to uphold Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which bars insurrectionists from holding office.
This march isn’t just about Trump - it’s about defending the Constitution veterans swore to protect, and standing up against the authoritarian threats posed by Project 2025, the Heritage Foundation, and the MAGA extremists actively working to dismantle our democracy.
Why Veterans?
This march puts veterans front and center, because no group has sacrificed more for American democracy. By showing up in uniform (or carrying signs identifying themselves as veterans), they send a clear message: Patriotism means defending democracy - not supporting authoritarianism.
What to Bring:
Hats, sunglasses, and N95 masks to protect your identity from facial recognition cameras.
Water, snacks, and folding chairs if needed.
Signs reading:

Why March on 3.14?
This date was chosen because of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which states that anyone who engaged in insurrection is barred from holding office. Trump violated that oath when he incited January 6th. Congress refused to act, so now it’s up to the people - and the veterans who swore to protect the Constitution - to demand enforcement of the law.
